Recently Kelvin joined a sharing session of the HKAI Lab to share on how to boost the development of catering industry through AI, scientific research and data analysis. In the event, Kelvin also introduced how AI computer vision can ensure the accuracy of food orders and thus deliver the right food to the right table. On the other hand, computer vision can also analyze and record customers' flow to help restaurants achieve the golden ratio, which means setting a suitable number of tables according to the size of restaurants. In this case, a balance can be stroke between efficiency in operation and revenue.
