Program of Hong Kong Blind Union

Updated: Apr 29

InnoSpire's visually impaired staff, Tim was interviewed by a program of Hong Kong Blind Union. Tim is a congenitally blind person. Since his graduation from secondary studies, he found great difficulties in finding jobs. Two years ago, Tim participated in an internship program sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He was given an offer to work in InnoSpire as Product Tester. With his rich knowledge in Information Technology, he was responsible for product testing, providing assistance in computer settings and giving constructive opinions regarding Information Technology to other colleagues. With excellent performance, Tim has now become a full-time staff of InnoSpire. Tim's story has proven that with great effort and appropriate support, disabled people can still develop their own professions and work as normal people to make social contribution.
